SIGN UP FOR OUR AUCTION REMINDERS!

Our auctions are usually held on Sunday Mornings at 10:00AM.  We try to have at least an hour prior to the auction where you can come and preview items up for sale.  We advertise on Craig's List, the Nickel and on this web site.  If you make sure we have your email, we will send you a reminder before every auction.

All items are sold as-is, where-is.  That means, we don't warranty any item as fit for any particular purpose.  If we know that an item doesn't work, or has issues, we will disclose that.  It's important you look at items closely when we have the preview so you can see its condition.  Often, we can let you preview items of interest a day early if you call us.  The process of setting up an auction is a messy, hazardous affair.  If you just call and let us know you want to take a look, we will accommodate you as soon as we can.

We accept cash, bankable check and credit/debit cards as payment.  We ask that you remove your purchases from the auction location on the day of the sale.  If you need to make special arrangements to pick up your purchases, talk to the Auctioneer.  We can often give you a day or two if the sale is held at our auction barn in Union.  We do charge a 10% Buyer's Premium.  We do NOT charge a premium for you to use your credit card, as other auction companies do.

We want you to have fun.  We do our best to make sure that all the things you hate don't happen at our auctions.  We don't allow swapping items from boxes, taking items or running bids.  We will not be letting owners bid on their own items.  Heirs may bid on an estate but must pay for what they buy like everyone else.  We do bid on items, but the auctioneer will make sure that everyone has a chance before he closes a bid in favor of someone working the auction.  The clerk will often do absentee bidding for other customers.  If you ever have questions or concerns about what is going on, please ask.  We really strive to keep things fair and honest. so if something isn't working right, we want to fix it.

Our Granddaughters usually provide drinks and snacks.  If we expect the sale to take more than a couple of hours, they will try to have some sort of lunch available.  We really appreciate your patronage to support the young ladies and the myriad of causes they support with their food concession.
